Establishment of a Foundation in the Kingdom of Thailand

Our 4 (four) subsidiaries and 1 (one) affiliated company which are conducting business in the Kingdom of Thailand have discussed the establishment of a foundation with the purpose of supporting education as part of our social contribution activities in the country.
Okaya & Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have been authorized to establish this foundation in Thailand.
