Establishment of a Forging Die Manufacturing Company in China

Okaya & Co., Ltd. has decided to establish a hot forging die manufacturing company jointly with Nankai Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Utsuno Motorcar Mold Co., Ltd. in Shanghai City, People’s Republic of China.
The company aims to participate in the Chinese automotive industry expected to grow further in the future and satisfy needs from local users by supplying products made with Nankai Special Steel’s excellent technology through Shanghai Utsuno Motorcar Mold’s sales network.
